Track is a web-based application running in Microsoft framework. It streamlines business processes for both the owner and the contractor when managing and accounting for outsourced resources. Track eliminates manual processes and errors from timekeeping, approvals, billing, financial settlements, and subsequent audits.
Company field supervisors will have the same confidence when reviewing the timesheet charges related to the materials when using the Track Client-Server application. The data interfaces with the company ERP in a similar manner that the automated receipt of services and payable information does today by converting the manual to an automated process for hours, other costs, and invoice verification.
Personnel, who enter the hours and costs information into Track, will be permitted to perform tasks, according to their assigned user profiles, within their organization. Track Security application maintains control over the assignment of user logins and profiles.
